Side by side with MAN Truck & Bus, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles, we are hiring for a dedicated team in our Hub.

MAN Truck & Bus is focusing on four key areas:
Alternative drive systems;
Digitalization;
Automated driving;
Road Security.

Thus transforming itself from a commercial vehicle manufacturer to a provider of intelligent and sustainable transport solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to improve and develop of our highly available cloud infrastructure towards an elastic setup (AWS, container);
In charge of planning, further development and implementation of customer-specific solutions on cloud platforms;
Accountable for setting up and continuously optimizing our development infrastructure;
You will optimize monitoring systems and are responsible for the further development of build processes and the automation of deployment processes;
Improve the software quality and provide central services;
Manage the performance, availability and security of our software and system landscapes;
You will also actively shape our current DevOps standards and support our software developers;
Design and draw architect solutions for existing on prem applications as they are moved into cloud environments, such as, AWS;
Administrate the AWS Accounts;
You provide support towards the product teams pre-configured AWS Accounts;
Organize and accompany audits to ensure the principles and SW Guidelines;
Provide education and information material.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or master degree in related field or comparable job expertise;
At least 3 years of experience in Cloud technology preferably AWS;
Significant experience with architecture and operation of software in modern cloud systems: Proprietary systems such as AWS, GCP or Azure Platform-independent approaches with Docker and Kubernetes;
Strong belief in the DevOps approach. "Automate everything" is a central part of modern software development for you.;
Experience in software development is an advantage (e.g. with Java, Javascript/Typescript);
Experience with typical toolchains is an advantage (e.g. GitLab, Node/NPM, Maven...);
Strong awareness of clean and well-documented architecture;
High sense of quality and responsibility;
Very good English skills, both written and spoken;
Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
